In the late 90’s, there was a bad batch of colorbond roofing which in some cases went chalky and lost it’s protecting coating. So we were asked to come in and repaint the roof. After pressure washing it all to remove the chalkiness and failed protective coating, we then applied a paint primer followed by two top coats to give it full weatherproof protection as well as make it look brand new.
