This house has lots of modern features with elements that create a sense of space and openness. We worked with client and architect in regards to colours, different surfaces and certain products that we can use that would be best for each specific area. Aside from painting all the walls and ceilings, we painted all external surfaces, treated all the timber, put a clear sealer on all concrete block work and applied a non-slip coating on the floors around pool.
